If you like the AMC television series Mad Men, you should definitely check out the book “Mad Men: The Illustrated World” by Dyna Moe. The book offers charming vector style artworks inspired by the world of Don Draper: 60’s office culture, advertising people, events, food, drinks, fashion and beauty trends.

Illustrator Dyna Moe started her illustration project inspired by the period drama Mad Men some years ago when Richard Sommer (Harry Crane in the series) hired her to create a personalized Christmas card. She fell in love with the show and created candy-colored vector art wallpapers for each episode ever since.

Mad Men – the book is all about the golden age of advertising, cocktail culture, sharp looking suits, sex, lies and TV commercials. The illustrated world of Mad Men offers an inside look at Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce’s universe: Don Draper, Joan, Pete, Sterling and Peggy’s lifestyle, the glamour of a sixties’ ad agency, fabulous Joan paper dolls, a DIY guide for swinging dancing moves and cocktail recipes for old fashioned dinner parties. Illustrator Dyna Moe recaptures this amazing era in colorful cartoon illustrations. “Mad Men: The Illustrated World” is published by Penguin and available from most booksellers. If you love the show and vector art, you’ll love this book!

The 5th from the top is not one of my drawings -- it was made using the madmenyourself.com toy for AMC that I drew the components for. Thanks for featuring my work.
